1. as, m. ( ifc. f. ā, R. i, 28, 24; Ragh. xii, 41 ) form, figure, shape, stature, appearance, external gesture or aspect of the body, expression of the face ( as furnishing a clue to the disposition of mind ), Mn. MBh. etc.
