n. ( ifc. f. ā ) the act of speaking, talking, sounding, ŚBr. ŚrS.

the mouth, face, countenance, MBh. Kāv. etc. ( °naṃkṛ , to make a face or grimace, °nī-√ bhū, to become a face )
